CEO Roundtables |
| Brian Turchin founded and runs two software CEO
Roundtables.
In August 2003, he founded the Long Island Software CEO
Roundtable, and in September, 2006, he founded the Manhattan
Software CEO Roundtable. Both are by-invitation-only roundtables of non-competing Software
CEOs who meet on a monthly basis.
At each monthly session an outside expert talks on topics like
those below, and we have internal topics where each CEO can bring up
an issue or a problem and get other experienced CEOs perspectives
and insights.

In
Long Island Business News, in August 2007, this article, "Who's
A King To Call When He Just Wants To Talk," contained
several testimonials from Long Island Software CEO
Roundtable members.
"I
have been attending the Manhattan Roundtable for the past year and
have found it invaluable in helping me run my company more
effectively. The speakers provide thought-provoking ideas and
strategies. The other members provide a great sounding board for
me -- almost like an external Board of Advisors. I find the
professional support tremendous in helping me think about
strategic decisions that I need to make for my company. I have
learned a lot from others experiences facing the same types of
issues that we have at Xtiva. And, I have built relationships that
I can leverage beyond the monthly meetings"
-- William
Lieberman, CEO, Xtiva
"The
software CEO group is as valuable a business resource I have come
across. The presenters have been carefully selected by Brian and
provide compact, useful presentations. The roundtables are a
great forum to ask for help, help others or just listen to the
interchange. The group has bonded well and are very supportive of
each other"
-- Mike Feldman, CEO, Data-Rite
